Hi. I have XP SP1 and am trying to install a USB hub. XP cannot find the drivers and wont install it. I have tried using the XP disk, etc... Nothing has worked. The company does not have drivers. Any suggestions?

Windows XP just recognized my two hubs automatically, have you tried to plug
anything into hub to see if working or not?
I have one Belkin 7 port hub and 1 Dlink 7 port 2.0 hub in my computer.

Yay! Thanks for responding. Yes. I tried it on my laptop, and it worked. I also have a hub on my laptop, which I tried on my computer and it did not work either.

How old is your desktop? Some of the older desktops had to have the USB
turned on in the Bios settings.

My computer is about a year old. How do I check the BIOS? If my internal USB is working, does that mean that it's on

(my apologies if this is a duplicate post... but the others didnt seem to post)

Upon turning on your computer there is usually a quick message that
indicates the way to enter bios. Most of the time it is the "Delete"
button. Some have "F1" "F10" it flies by quickly so look close.
