cant install anything (msi error)

when i try installing something it gives me an error : cant load msi
installre either because your in safe mode or because wsnt installed
properly. i am not in safe mode..

This is whith multiple programs

please help

Thank you, but it didnt work. it still says the installer can not be
accessed. thank you
