Can't insert pictures

I have been working on a spreadsheet - inserting pictures to go along with
text.
When i opened the file this morning it won't let me insert pictures. Any
clues as to why?
 
You protected the worksheet under Tools>Protection?..........unprotect

You shared the workbook under Tools>Share workbook?...........unshare

You have more than one worksheet selected?..........ungroup
