Can't input new appointments to outllook calendar

I have never had this problem before but I can't add new appointments to my
outlook calendar... Weird, I have tried clicking on the date which usually
works or even going up to the new appointment toolbar and it is not
working... Anybody had this happen before? Help

I am having the exact same problem. It just started these past few days...
there are some older posts on problems with recurring appointments corrupting
the calendar and causing Outlook to stop. However, nothing concrete on how
to fix this current problem. Right now I am entering appointments on my PDA
and uploading them to Outlook. This is not a good solution. Help!
