Can't import videos & Can't add clips to the timelino or storyboar

Everytime that i try to import a clip it appears this message...

C:\Documents and Settings\...\My Documents\My Videos\CST4.AVI could not be
imported. Unspecified error


And there are not any possible way to put my clips in the storyboard or
timeline, not even the audio files!

What can i do?
