Can't import outlook address for labels!!

Hello

Everytime I try to import an Outlook Contact address when I make a label address, I get a weird Microsoft Exchange error. Did anyone every get that and knows a way around it

I'm on a network so maybe something changed on it, but how can I tell Word to find the Outlook Contact address again
 
Hard to tell from your description if this might help, but when I last did
this, I had to start by selecting the Contacts folder in Outlook, then going
to Word to do the merge.
