can't import contacts

I saved Outlook folders (calendar & contacts as .pst files
on CD before doing re-install of hard drive.
After re-install of Windows ME & Outlook 97, imported
Calendar OK, but so fat can't import Contacts!
Appreciate help.
 
Why can't you?
You haven't provided any information that would permit troubleshooting.
 
Thanks Russ - just ran Inbox Repair Tool on file, it found
& fixed 5 errors & them it imported just fine!
