We're using Outlook 2002; have not been able to import a xls or csv file with
Address Book contents from antoher mail client. Yes, the range was named in
xls file. Yeah, we successfully imported from one mail client (earthlink)
into another one, Netscape. But nothing goes into Outlook. After doing the
import routine, all the contact fields remain blank.
So we're trying to recreate the address book in Outlook. When I fill out a
"New Contact" and try to save, Outlook pops up with a "folder is full"
message. There doesn't seem to be any data in Outlook anywhere though,
except a few tasks. Have we added one zillion address books that are all
hidden somehow?
Any ideas?
