can't hotsync

when i connect my sony clie nz90 to my vaio fr820, it comes up with the "new hardware found" pop-up. i proceed to install but it can't find the drivers to install, where can i get the drivers from?

They should have come with the hotsync cradle for your PDA. Check the PDA OS software
that came with it.
