Can't 'Hot Swap' devices on A7N8X-E USB ports?

Boy....I hate to even posts this as so many people are having USB 2.0
problems on their boards.

I'm lucky enough to have USB 2.0 support working on all 6 ports, but I
can't 'hot swap' anything.

Usually I just plug in my USB device and windows comes up with 'New
Hardware Found' and sets it up and that's it.

On this particular board, I have to reboot for Windows to recognize
the device.

Any suggestions?

PS This is the second Asus board I've had USB problems with. I had no
USB 2.0 support on my last A7N8X and like someone else who's message I
just read, the board itself was defective. I also had to buy a USB 2.0
card to fix the problem. Seems like this is may be major problem with
Asus or at least the A7N8X.

FWIW, I've had a (plain jane) A7N8X v2.00 for over 9 months and hot swap
USB devices (in the front 2 ports) all the time without any problems at
all under WinXP Pro. All I did was install WinXP Pro(SP1) then the
Nvidia Nforce2 drivers, maybe the deluxe boards are just buggy?
