Cant have multiple windows in IE6

I cannot open multiple windows in IE6.. If I already have
a window open and try to open another, the window pops up
for about a second then closes itself. I've tried
reinstalling but no luck. Please help!

Okay I ran the adware search and destroy. It deleted a
bunch of stuff, but I'm still having the same problem...
 
Open ie, click tools, internet options, advanced. Take the check mark out
under browers where it says something about "reuse windows for launching
shortcuts"
