Because you didn't post to your original thread and didn't quote any of
the previous answer(s), no one knows anything about the original
question or your circumstances.

However, if you have a satellite Internet connection like DirecPC or
whatever, contact that company about your problem. Most satellite
Internet connections have non-standard setups and the company will be
be able to answer your questions.

Call your provider if you can't get on the internet.

Maybe not, but as i said earlier, its almost certainly going to be a
question for your ISP... if their software just won't work with a guest
account, no amount of talking in here is going to make it spring into life.
