Can't Get Through

I keep getting you message "Service Temporarily Unavailable". Why?

If I keep getting it, how do all the other people with questions manage to

Note that there are different ways to access the newsgroups, which explains
why some people can post while others can't.

Using newsreader software such as Outlook Express usually works better than
