can't get the web page for 6.2 messenger

Hi ... I am trying to get msn messenger 6.2 but for some reason i can't get the page load for it ... The address that show is this here http://msid.msn.com/mps_id_sharing/redirect.asp?messenger.msn.ca/Default.aspx but all it does is stay with a white screen ... How do i fix this ??? Thanks
