Can't get sound on my presentation

Hi i have a powerpoint send out to a friend but the presentation does play
but the included sound does not. i have created a cd packaging and putting it
into a zip folder yet it does not what should do any ideas. may i also know
how to send an attachement bigger than 10 mb
 
Make sure the sound file is in the same folder as your presentation before
you insert it. Then use the copy to CD function selecting copy to folder and
then copy all the file onto your CD Zip up the whole folder and use
http://www.yousendit.com/ if your zipped file exceeds the max amount your
provider allows for attachments. Tell the recipient to unzip the folder to a
folder on their HD and then run the .bat file that is created and they
should be able to see your presentation and here the music.

Reason:
Sound files in wav format larger than 100 KB (i.e. anything but a
short sound effect) and other file formats are linked to PowerPoint
presentation, when you Email the PowerPoint presentation, the linked
music will not be shown.

Solution 1:
1. Put the sound files and the PowerPoint presentation in a same
folder.
2. Reinsert the sound file to the PowerPoint presentation.
3. Package the entire folder into one archive file and send it to
others. Do not create self-extracting (SFX) archive since most email
block EXE files by default. WinZip and WinRAR are both recommended to
archive your presentation files for emailing perfectly.

Solution 2:
Embed the music in your PowerPoint presentation by converting it to
Flash use some third party presentation tools, Wondershare PPT2Flash
Standard ( http://www.sameshow.com/powerpoint-to-flash.html#110 ), for
instance. Then send the Flash-based presentation to your friends.
