Can't get Sound. Found problem but still doesn't work

I couldn't get sound on my computer for my life, then I finally found out that it was disabled in BIOS. so at that point I was proud of myself because it should now work-right? no-it still doesnt' work. I have the drivers installed and everything and computer management says that theres a sound device installed.

What do I do next?
 
Check that the volume's not muted in the volume control and make sure your speakers are plugged in and active.
 
Will do-Thanks! the only thing is that when I launch windows media player, it says that no sound device has been found.
