My sister from a Juno domain has been trying to send me email for two weeks
and I have not received it. Everyone else she sends it to does. I have
checked my message rules for anything I might have put in there by mistake
and also checked the blocked senders list just in case I did that by mistake.
I can not think of any reason why I can not get the email. I know that the
address she sends it to is OK as she usually uses "reply" and I have
personally checked her Juno site to make sure she has my correct address in
her address book.
Does any one have any idea of what I can do to correct this. I am using
Outlook for my mail, and Internet Explorer for my browser.
The only think I can think of is that something is blocking this sender; a
bug got into my computer or I thought of just going back two weeks to when I
know I received the messages and do a system restore, but that would be my
last resort as I don't like to use that for problems.
