Cant get search function to work on web based browser for microsoft newsgroups

The instructions state:- Newsgroups can be searched for
specific messages by up to three criteria: From line,
Subject line, and Message body. When you click the Click
to Search link at the top or bottom of the newsgroup, the
interface presents a search form. By default, the current
newsgroup appears in the Look in field. Enter your desired
search criteria, choose a date range, and click the Search
Now link at the top of the page. Messages that match your
criteria will be displayed in a form similar to that of
the sorted groups. Clicking the New Search link will clear
the From line, Subject line, and Message body fields for a
new search.

When I click the Search button, I get the search window
up, but it has no "Search Now" link at the top of the
page!!

I've tried the web based interface a few times. It is very difficult to use
let alone to search! Not even sure that search feature is functional.... May
want to check into using a regular newsreader (search works better with
these) or try a search at Google Groups where you can pull up most of
usenet's discussion threads on any topic.
 
Take a look if you can move the lower window limit down
(I mean the big blue line) just over the Newsgroup,
subject, from, sent topics.
Maybe it's over what you're looking for.
