Can't get rid of this!!!!

My friend as a laptop that has a popup that just reads "main" without
the quotations. It pops up every 3 seconds or so or when you
doubleclick on something and you have to X out of the box 3 tiomes
before it goes away. Try to select something else and it does it again.
It also has a popup that says c:\searchpage.html Any ideas???

It's probably the CoolWebSearch Internet Explorer hijacker.
