Can't get rid of popup ads

It appears that after I downloaded and installed the latest version of
Warez_DLC, that when I start IE I get a ton of popup adds. I have since
installed MS Antispyware. I have rebooted into safe mode and scanned w/ MS
Antispyware, SpyBot, and AdAware (all have latest signature files
installed). I also scanned w/ AVG anitvrus (but not in safe mode)The popups
have lessened to some degree (eliminated the Warez program) but am still
getting them. (I also have IE popup blocker set to "high" to block all which
doesn't seem to matter)
Any ideas???

Hello admlax,

look of you can uninstall in Ad/remove programs.

download Ccleaner here:

http://www.ccleaner.com/

Wipe all your internet temp crab, with Ccleaner

Then run Housecall of Trend,
http://nl.trendmicro-europe.com/consumer/housecall/housecall_launch.php

Then run AntiSpyware of Trend,
http://www.trendmicro.com/spyware-scan/
