Can't get rid of it. Please HELP!!!

I downloaded and installed tech in a box from
supportforyoupc.com, but due to no partition is isn't
working properly. Since I installed this program I have
had problems with internet explorer and several other web
based programs. I tried to remove it, but it won't delete
the files. And, it doesn't register as a program in my add
or romove programs list. How would I uninstall or remove
this. Does anyone know? Or am I just SOL?

Please help!!!!

and see if it shows up in the more extensive list.
