I know Symantec isn't everyone's favorite but they do
offer excellent removal instructions. Your particular
monster can be found at this address. I just spent two
days getting rid of a new CWS! I know how frustrating it
can be. But Symantec sure helped me out. I used a removal
tool (whichever one you have that can find and remove it)
then follow the directions and make sure that everything
they list is off of your machine/changed back to default.
Just be careful in the registry.
