Hi Marlene:

You need to clean out the temp files completely and then
re-clean:

Empty your temporary files AND your Temporary Internet
Files C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files folder. Either
manually or with Ccleaner.

Look in Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Some
of the BHO's are quite sophisticated. Then do this: IE---
Tools--->Manage Add-ons and disable any suspicious

Download, install and update BHODemon,SpyWareBlaster,and
LavaSoft's AdAware SE from www.majorgeeks.com. Download
Ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com

Run all then reboot to Safe Mode (F8) and then re-run
Ccleaner, your SpyBot, AdAware Se and then run the MSAS
twice.

If this procedure does not finally clean it out there may
be a registry key(s) involved.

Download HiJackThis from www.majorgeeks.com and submit a
log to http://www.merijn.org/forums.html
