Can't get rid of files that were written to CD.

I burned a number of files to a CD but now windows won't allow me to delete them. It is telling me they are in us
by another process. There are no other programs running on my system and I have rebooted to try and clear any
"file in use" flags that may have been set. I can't get rid of these.... HELP.

Did you remove the CD. Go here
