Can't get Outlook 2003 to create new PST as UNICODE

Hello,

Trying to setup a corporate deployment of Office 2003. In
testing our Office Deployment when asked to create a new
PST the PST that is generated is in ANSI Format not
Unicode. Have used the Custom Installation Wizard and set
to force Unicode when creating a new PST but no joy.

This issue will be resolved in the 2.0 version of Outlook Profiler

Please detail all relevant settings you are making in the transform in your
attempt to force Unicode PST files.
