Can't get Outlook 2002 to be my default email!

When I send page by email in IE6, Outlook Express launches
instead of Microsoft Outlook 2002. This is despite setting
both IE6 and Outlook 2002 as default email program.

How can I set Outlook 2002 to launch when I send page by
email?

I'm using Win XP Pro.

To set Outlook 98, 2000 or 2002(XP) as the default mail client,- Go to
Start, Run - Type in the following with quotation marks and press OK
"C:\program files\microsoft office\office\outlook.exe" /checkclient
