Can't get onto an internet site/firewall off (I think)

Hi there,

Having great difficulty getting on to a particular site, that clearly my
security system doesn't like. I've tried disabling the firewall but I'm
still not being allowed access!!

Any advice gratefully received.

Let me get this straight. You have criminal's trying to break into your house so you respond by unlocking the door for them?
