Can't get my CDRW to copy discs

When I go into "My Pictures" & in "Picture tasks" my "Copy to CD" is not showing, so therefore I cannot copy anything onto a disc. Can someone out there tell me why & how can I fix it? I have checked drivers etc & it tells me everything is working!!
 
That is just what happen to mine, just out of the blue it stop working, I even check into the devise manger, no yellow icon, everything was showing up that it was working, but would not copy anything to the cd. I took it to a repair shop, and got the CD-ROM replaced, Finally got it too work> Cost about $80.00 Hope this helps

Have you tried to right click on the picture and send it

to the cd?
 
Hi, have you tried click on the file you want to copy, go to "edit" scroll
down to "copy to folder" and find the path for your CD-RW drive, click OK.
