I think we need more detailed version information.
Which version of Windows? And what maintenance level?
Which version of iexplore.exe? And what maintenance level?
(Use Help, About Alt-H,A to see Version: and Update Versions
What version of msvcrt.dll?
Have you installed any third-party programs recently
which might have changed that (or other runtime modules)?
What does MSN (see Subject) have to do with this problem?
What exactly are you doing to cause the message?
