Can't get Movie Maker to start

Each time I try to start Movie Maker, it shuts itself down and I get a
"Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience." message with a chance to send an error report.
I've tried to find a way to re-download it, but there doesn't seem to be one.
I've been on the Microsoft download site and there's nothing except info
about it. Anyone have a suggestion?

You fail to mention your OS...if you are
running Vista...disregard the following.

Some users have reported problems
after installing IE7. If this applies to your
situation ...uninstalling IE7 may be worth
a try.

Sorry, its XP. That worked - I got rid of IE7 and now it seems to work fine.
Thanks a bunch for your help!

I'm having the same problem. After you uninstalled IE7, did it default back
to the previous IE or do I have to download that one?

It should revert to IE6.
