Can't get Lycos off my computer!

Please help, I am unable to get Lycos off my computer.
Can you give me any instructions as to get them off? I
would truly appreciate any help in this matter.

Download one or more of the following: SpyBot Search and Destroy, Ad-Aware,
Pest Patrol, HiJack This! ---- Your browser has been "hijacked" by some very
rude software. Always run a good firewall and anti-virus application.
