I don't know if this is from virus activity, because both
Norton and AVG didn't find a virus with recent
update/scan. Yesterday, I could not get into my Inbox,
although I had just cleaned it out and it had under 50
emails in it. I could get into other folders, just not my
Inbox. Rebooted, caught the tail end of a message about a
corrupt file and restoring ... something, and when back
in, main email account not working, and can't get into
Inbox. As no virus found, maybe Inbox is corrupt? Any
way to fix? Does this sound like a virus anyone has come
up against? I can call my local provider to get my
account back up and working, but they won't help with the
Inbox. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Running
Outlook Express v.6.00.2800.1123 on Win98. Also, in
reboot, says eztext.dll is not found. Don't know if
that's related.
