I was trying to set up a workgroup and now I can't seem to get into any of my
databases. None of my passwords work so I can't even login as an admin. Is
there a way to delete all security settings?

I really need help!!

When you created the new workgroup, it became the default one to use for all
sessions. Open the workgroup administrator again, and click on Join and
rejoin the standard system.mdw workgroup that ships with Access (you may
want to search your computer first for *.mdw files).

Thanks, I can get into my other databases but the one I was trying to secure
still won't let me in. It says that I don't have the proper permission, to
contact my administrator. Is that because I joined the default workgroup?

Can I delete the workgroup that I created?

Don't delete the workgroup. Instead, you can "desecure" your database by
following the instructions at Item #34 of the MS Security FAQ:

http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=http://support.microsoft.com/support/access/content/secfaq.asp

Or, you can maintain security and log into that database with the correct
workgroup. The easiest way is to setup a desktop shortcut that points to the
correct workgroup file. Add a shortcut and set the Target to this:

"Full Path to MSACCESS.EXE" "Full Path to your DB" /wrkgrp "full path to the
workgroup file"

This will force Access to open with the workgroup you created, while still
allowing you to remain joined to the default system.mdw file.
