Can't get Disk Cleanup to start

Hello,
I have tried to use the disk cleanup but can't get it
started. It just sits there idle. I've tried leaving
just to see if it really was that slow, but it does
nothing. Any clues????

the right-hand window, click on "Disk Cleanup - Compress Old Files Freezes"

Simply click on Kelly's fix, download the registry fix, then run it
