I am going crazy...I am hoping someone can help. I am trying to print Avery
Name Badges (template 74652)....I have changed every setting I can think of
in Word 2007 and it REFUSES to print from the bypass tray pulling the card
sheet. It consistently wants to use the 8.5 x 11 paper from the main tray.
The template isn't even an 8.5 x 11 page!? Can someone please tell me what I
am doing wrong!?

Are you trying to use the Print button in the Labels dialog? If so,
try instead clicking the New Document button. Then go to the Advanced
tab of the Options dialog and changing the Default tray dropdown. Use
the regular Print dialog to print.

The issue will probably be with your printer settings, but check the tray
setting on the Paper tab of Page Setup.

It is set to custom in the Page Settings, it is set to manual feed and bypass
tray everywhere else and still pulls 8.5 x 11 from the main tray OR will ask
for 8.5 x 11 in the bypass tray instead of taking the custom sized piece that
is already there. There is one spot where I can not change it from Letter to
Custom because there is not a custom option.

This is making me crazy!!! I have changed every setting I can change! ARGH!

My printer is not that smart. If there is any paper in Tray 1 (the upper
tray used for everything but plain letter), it will feed it. I can feed
something other than Letter, and it doesn't know any better. If it's looking
for Legal, I can also feed Letter, and vice versa, and I can feed small
cards between the center guides.
