Hi All - hope someone can help. I can use the Print Scrn
key in XP Home to get screenshots & I can do Alt + to do
window shots. The only thing I can't get a screenshot of
is the game Painkiller (from People Can Fly). The default
screenshot key for the game is F12 but that doesn't work
either. Max Payne II works fine. So does Far Cry. I
just can't fathom this one...why should Painkiller be any
different?

Hi Mike,

If the game is disabling you from taking screenshots,
try the nifty utility from www.fraps.com instead. :-)

Hi Jimmy & thanks -

After posting I found HyperSnap DX which does the job
well with only a slightly complex interface. Apparently
it's the super duper 3D glide stuff that stops normal
Print Scrn function. Anyway, if it all goes belly up I'll
try fraps. Thanks again.
