can't get a pic to set as desktop background

I've just noticed that I can no longer right click on a
photo and choose 'set as desktop background' from the drop
down box. What'd I do? And how can I fix this? Thanks.
 
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the opening textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ....32 and SHI....
