Can't free up space on C: drive have ran disck clean and virus repair software

I think I have a virus. Have gotten 2 updates from Trendmicro (SYSCLEAN ran in Safe Mode) and PC-cillin 2000 program update. They sent me to Microsoft website, guess they gave up. Have ran Virus scan from 2 online sources. Also tried Disk Cleanup, Have removed a bunch of files and programs from C: Disabled and removed system restore files, still only have 400 MB free space Out of 11.4 GB HELP ME PLEASE, I AM GETTING FRUSTRATE

How coincidental..... I have the same problem and just put on the groups....
I have done the same thing, but of no use..
waiting for somebody to help.....
