Can't forward Outlook contacts...

I can no longer forward Outlook contacts.

Normally, if you right click on a contact, there is a "Forward" option in
the pop up menu. Alternetly, if you highlight a contact, and go to the
action menu, there is a Forward option.

The Forward command is no longer available and does not even appear in the
menu.

All contacts are normal sensitivity and are not marked private, personal, or
confidential.

This seems to be happening on a single workstation on our network.

Any ideas?

So, what changed on that PC just before "no longer"?
 
We put a new pc on the desk. This is an existing mailbox that was previously
accessed from an old pc. Once we installed the new one, the problem started.


The Office settings were migrated from the old box to the new.
