In the XP Home Edition, I can't find Windows Explorer, through which I used to be able to delete troublesome files. The file that is currently a problem is a crossword download which seems to hav gotten messed up. We can't open it and we can't download the current day's puzzle from the NY Times. We get the message that "the doc. or path is not valid. Check file permisssion." No idea of what to do

Would appreciate your help

Thanks

Perform the following:

1. Right-click on your Desktop and select: NEW > SHORTCUT
2. In the Create Shortcut window, type in: explorer.exe , and click "Next"
3. In the next window, type in: Windows Explorer , and click "Finish"
4. A Windows Explorer shortcut icon will appear on your Desktop.
