Can't find Windiff

I need to compare files to find the differences.

Windows Help can't find any reference to it.

All the google references I've found to Windiff & Vista seem to be
*WRONG* (eg one refers you to a Micrsoft tech note which doesn't apply
to any version of Windows after NT4!)

which I downloaded and installed on Vista.
Windiff is included, and appears to work, 'tough I'm not familiar with it.

Open the command prompt and type

FC file1 file2

For a list of attributes type

FC /?
