can't find the site

for some unknown reason the IE on my guest pc stoped
working, I went through system restore and security update
(SP1)but didnot work.
on my home netwok Broadband alone work;and LAN work
fine just the IE can't open the home page or any other
site,(can't open the page),that's what I get.
Any other options? please help!
