According to MS03-030, the Directx 9.0b runtime download
comes in a "silent install" version, but I can't find it.

Additional Information
A silent install version of DirectX 9.0b (no UI, and no
reboot) is available to Microsoft Volume License Customers
(VLC) on the following Microsoft Volume License Site
(MVLS).

But I only find dxwebsetup.exe - Isn't there a silent but
full version? I mean: what do you expect network
adminstrators (who don't have the resources to implement
SUS) do? Have every PC run the partial/pull from
Microsoft version?
