Can't find saved video on my computer!

Please please help me - I've spent literally hours doing
a video saving and re-saving and then while playing it
back, it said "run out of memory" and then when I tried
to reload it - it doesn't find my video. Please help me
someone!
 
How did you save it? That will help us help you find it.

Did you save the project? File | Save...

or did you save the Movie? File | Save Movie File...
