This is driving me crazy. On the toolbar there is a left
justification button, a center justification button, and a
full justifcation button, but no right justification
button.

How do I right justify text?

Try this:

On the far right side of the toolbar where the left
justification buttion is located, you'll see a little
down side arrow. Click that arrow, select "Add or Remove
Buttons", select "Formatting", and put a check mark next
to "Align Right".

Ctrl+R will give you right alignment, but the fact that the button is
missing suggests that you still have "adaptive menus" enabled (and possibly
the Standard and Formatting toolbars sharing a row). Go to the Options tab
of Tools | Customize and change the following settings:

1. Word 2000: Clear the check boxes for "Menus show recently used items
first" and "Standard and Formatting toolbars share one row."

2. Word 2002: Check the boxes for "Always show full menus" and "Show
Standard and Formatting toolbars on two rows."

If this is not the reason for the missing button, you can find the Align
Right command in the Insert category on the Commands tab of Tools |
Customize and drag it back to the toolbar.
