Can't Find Page Error

I had to erase my harddrive. I've gotten everything back
to normal, except when I try to open certain sites that
are secure, most of the time, not everytime, I get a Can't
find page error. Sometimes I can click on the back arrow
and it opens it, condsidering it is a new window I don't
know why the back arrow is available. I changed the
settings in the tools/internet options/advanced/security
section like ssl, etc. like it suggested. What do I need
to do?

Delete/Empty Temporary Internet Cache completely
