Can't find ManageWeb source directory in Microsoft FrontPage

I am using a tutorial CD called Mastering Frontpage 2003. It frequently
refers to something called ManageWeb Source Directory. However, I can't find
ManageWeb Source Directory in Frontpage 2003. Can someone tell me how to
access it?

Another question. I also find the Images folder does not contain the files
Banner, Logo, and Spacer. The tutorial indicates they are needed. Can these
files be downloaded?

ManageWeb Source Directory: Never heard that expression before, but
it might be the folder containing your FrontPage web - best ask the
tutorial's author.

Banner, Logo and Spacer are images you create yourself using a
graphics program.
The Banner is a graphic that runs across the top of each page, the
Logo is your company emblem, and Spacer is a very small transparent
gif. You can borrow a spacer from
www.rxs-enterprises.org/images/tp.gif , which is a transparent gif
measuring 1x1 px.

Suggest you contact the CD author or publisher
