cant find key product please help?

First of all, you cannot "download" Microsoft. Microsoft is a corporation
and cannot be "downloaded".

Next, what are you trying to install? Microsoft makes a wide range of
products, and many of them require product key ( not key product).

When you use a disc to install software, you are not "downloading" it. You
are installing it.

Post back with the specifics of what you are trying to do.

Most Microsoft products come with a key on a big orange label that says "DO
NOT LOSE THIS NUMBER". Do you have the key that came with your product?

Hi Julie

To find your product key for windows xp, if it was installed on your
computer when you bought it, then it would be a label on the back or side of
your computer.

If you bought your windows xp in the store, then it should be on the sleeve
which held your cd.
