Can't find kb 329623 to fix game load problem

[kb 329623]

After installing XP SP1 the Sims game stopped working.
Electronic Arts support has a link to MS download page for
kb 329623 patch which is not accessible.

Can anyone tell me how to find it?

However, the KB article you mention does not appear to have anything to do with the Sims games.
