Can't find FolderBrowserDialog

I can't seem to find FolderBrowserDialog in System.Windows.Forms Class.
Does anyone know what could be wrong. I have .NETSP1.1 installed.

'System.Windows.Forms' is a namespace. 'FolderBrowserDialog' should be in
this namespace.
